We shared a meeting
We shared a glance
We shared the bravery- to take a chance
We shared a date
We shared a time
We shared a blunt
I wish we had shared some wine
We shared a nervous apprehensive stance
We shared being caught up, in cicrumstance
We shared ourselves in front of a group
We shared so much, we didn't try to scoop.
We shared Three nights, we shared Three days
We shared being caught up- in a daze
We shared the knowledge, that it does not matter how
Or "how many times?"
Or "why now"
We shared some blood over fire
I buried my old self
Upon the funeral pyre
And like a Pheonix
We rose from those graves
We shared ourselves in too many ways
We shared with people we never knew
We shared all of a sudden
And out of the blue
We shared a language
And we shared a tongue
We shared a song...that I had never sung
We shared old gods...and threw away the New
We shared some smiles
We shared quite a few
We shared a fall,
We shared a hit,
We shared the knowledge- that there is an "it"
And then you left....
But it still matters
We shared ourselves in way too many manners
We shared a kiss
We shared a goodbye
But Goodbyes like that
Will never make my cry
We shared the knowledge.... that when you share
It comes to the point
That you no longer care
What you share, and with whom
Because sharing things
Is how you...
Discover...
You
