The Situation You Put Me In...

Well I guess I was complacent.
And I guess I was the fool.
And I let you use me
like a  temporary tool.
Like a hammer and a mule.

And you simply cant imagine
The level of your sin
Yes, You simply cant imagine
The situation you put me in.

I was coming from Gibraltar.
On my way to Jericho.
I was spreading the Holy Message
Telling people to let things go
There you came at me
Clothed yet naked
Came at me...all soul devised.
Took my soul and striped naked.
Took my heart out for a ride.

Then you left without a reason
Of to find yourself, I guess
Oh the clothes I had to put on
To appear that I was dressed.

And you simply cant imagine
The level of your sin
Yes, You simply cant imagine
The situation you put me in.

Took you way down by the fire
Gave you heat and gave you warmth
But its ice that you desire
Being cold and being stone.

And you're down there all alone now.
You are trying to not to let in
Dont let it out....
And all about you
Cause you know
That be a sin.

I guess you're in the same situation
Sticking out but fitting in
but you simply cant imagine
The situation you put me in.
